Event Management

Event management is the core of our business. For an event to be successful, it needs someone (or a team of people) to oversee it and ensure that it runs as smoothly as possible, ensuring an enjoyable experience for all of the participants. When we work with you on an event you can be safe in the knowledge that it is being handled in a professional manner.

Depending on the nature of the event, we will do some or all of the following:

• write the details and rules of the competition in a way that makes them easy to understand and encourages participation
• answer any further questions from potential participants, before or during the event
• manage forum threads relating to the event
• oversee the event by being present while it takes place
• arrange the delivery of prizes
• encourage and act on feedback from participants
• work with sponsors
• anything else that is required for the event to proceed smoothly and successfully

Event Promotion

Basic event promotion is usually included with our event management service, for example through threads posted on Entropia Forum (EF) and news items posted on this website. Depending on the nature of the event, additional promotion services may include:

• in-game promotion using the official EU advertising system
• advertising on banners on Entropia Forum or other websites
• advertising with 'call-outs' within EU
• working with sponsors

Event Design

We can design an event from scratch, or work with you to improve any ideas that you already have. Where appropriate we can add a background or storyline to give the event extra depth or simply to attract participants.

• EF-based screenshot competitions
• land area-based hunting events using the official EU event system
• PvP (player vs player) tournaments
• treasure hunts
• races
